Oolong Tea

Oolong tea (乌龙茶) is also called Turqoise Tea (青茶) in Chinese as the green core and red edge mix of color on the leaf. We are enthusiastic to present a full spectrum of Oolong teas:  from lightly oxidized Iron Goddess,  Alishan Oolong, and Milky Oolong, to semi-oxidized Duck Shit Oolong, and roasted Big Red Robe. The variations are not only in the production process, but also in the brewing method. It is a pro tea drinker’s choice! A nice Gong Fu brew set can help best appreciate the taste and smell. Most oolongs allows multiple times swift brewing, some can go on for more than 10 times! It's a tea to have a conversation with a close friend while sipping to experience the difference from each rounds.
